This is a good massage and has helped me with my plantar fasciitis. It’s quite ticklish on the foot at first but very helpful.

Very practical

I was wanting to wait a good while before i wrote a fair review. I have suffered from achilles tendinitis for a few years. I read reviews and thought to buy this. I must say don't underestimate this foot roller it is amaaaazing!!! When ever my feet are tired or when ever my achillies tendinitis pain has played up i use the foot roller. The result is brilliant the pain reduces by 95% and my feet feel much better. I don't need to wait around for a foot massage 🤣 this roller is great my feet feel like they have a good stretch. The price is very reasonable, very easy to use and the quality is great i have had it over 6 months and no issues at all. You can be watching tv and use the roller so really don't need to make time to use it. I am trying to make a habit of using it daily. You will love this product as it is so effective.

Product is sturdy enough, but the roller has a concave shape which I have not found to work on my plantar fascitis. Instead, would recommend looking for a roller that has a bulge in the middle, so it is a bit more like rolling your foot over a golf or tennis ball.

Having suffered from chronic pains in my feet (heel and arch) I was struggling to walk without limping for over 6m. As a consequence, I’d begun to experience hip and back pain, mainly as a result of the pain in my foot.Having done some research as to the cause I tried a variety of socks but nothing really worked and was recommended this item by a friend. I was desperate and would try anything!Having arrived swiftly from Amazon I set about using it on both feet as I worked from home. I found the action of rolling back and forth quite relaxing and quite therapeutic as I zoomed away. Warning - don’t be too aggressive as it can be both painful and won’t help.The sitting position I found worked best and allowing the carpet to absorb the impact and soften the action I found it really helped. A short burst of 5-mins was all that was needed and repeated several times a day. The moulded shape is really nice and simulates a foot massage which I really like.I would say I saw some instant benefit from using but after a few days/1-week I could definitely see a real improvement in the condition.I’m so impressed I’ve bought one for two of my boys who both suffer from it and also my parents (80’s/90’s) who all now say they are seeing some benefit.I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from plantar fasciitis (policeman’s foot!).A 6* product in my view.Don’t expect miracle cures and you need to put some work in but this does work. 100%.
