Koreans have used the tea for the treatment of many other ailments including relief of tiredness (often in minutes), it has also reduced abdominal swelling and inflammation as well as issues connected to abdominal conditions such as poor digestion and intestinal cramping and bloating. As this corn tea is rich in vitamin E it is beneficial for skin and is also a good source of iron which is essential in the promotion of blood health. The mild, sweet flavour of corn tea is known as one of the five phase therapeutic flavors

For Those Who Read Negative Reviews
Taste: This is not your average tea, this tea is not dried up leaves. So, it is obvious that it will not taste like your normal green tea. This tea smells and tastes "exactly" like Japanese seaweed rice crackers. I personally like this snack, so it was very interesting to taste a liquid form of it. I personally enjoyed it (But, I am also a tea fanatic). If you never tried it, try seaweed rice crackers before purchasing this product to have an idea of how it tastes like.Recommendation: Again, seaweed rice crackers are not sweet. It is a savory-tasting tea. Therefore, do not put sugar, honey, lemon, et cetera, into this tea. It's gonna taste gross. However, I can't stop you from experimenting.Authenticity: Some reviewers stated that this item is mixed with other things. The package I got is completely in Korean. So, I cannot read the ingredients. However, I bought this item because I have bladder issues, such as UTI, IC, and kidney stones. I was told that corn silk tea alleviates the pain. Personally, I don't care unless it works. It DID alleviate the pain from my urinary problems, so if it has other things in it, there is not a lot. This is the #1 medicine I use for my pain, as it personally works for me.If you are not used to drinking tea, this item is not for you until you get used to regular intake (not talking about fruity and green teas, get used to mushroom and black teas). If you are not used to drinking and eating Asian food, this item is not for you until you eat and enjoy it (for example, things like seaweed rice crackers).I hate seeing bad reviews on this, this tea is great.

Delicious and useful
My Korean friend introduced this tea to me. It's yummy, especially if you add a sweetener. Great value for the price. There are also health benefits, which you can look up online.

Taste like popcorn
The flavor is pretty good. Smells and tastes like popcorn. I just put a little sugar in it. I drink it for flushing out my kidneys.

Easier than making it yourself!
The corn silk tea bags are easier than boiling the husks & silks from scratch. Still has a good taste. My family is plagued with stones & the tea helps.

Don't waste your money
As you can see from the picture, the tea is so fine and the tea bag such poor quality that the tea specks came out of the tea bag, floating to the top of the water. I am a big fan of cornsilk teas but, very honestly, this was a weak version of any others that I have had. Lesson learned...I will stick with Teazen brand.

Yummy
A bit misleading — this isn’t just corn silk tea, it also contains rice. It tastes sort of like very mild coffee, with umami and comforting grainy flavor. It’s great chilled and hot.
