Disappointed with Battery Issues and Poor Refund Policy
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this laptop expecting reliable performance, but unfortunately, it has a major issue with battery charging. Despite following all troubleshooting steps and even trying different chargers, the battery either charges inconsistently or not at all.when I reached out for support, the response was slow and unhelpful. Seller refused to issue a full refund, even though this is clearly a defect. Instead, they offered only a partial refund, which is unacceptable for a faulty product.Additionally, I also purchased a screen protector and applied it to the laptop. Now, because of this defective device, I am at a loss for the screen protector as well, which adds to my frustration.I would not recommend this laptop to anyone looking for reliability. A defective battery is a serious issue, and the poor customer service only adds to the frustration. Buyers beware

No issues, works great
I’m not sure why the ratings are so low, this is an excellent device. I haven’t experienced any issues. It’s innovative and it increases my productivity and efficiency at work. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you from enjoying the benefits of a dual screen laptop.
