This is a zippy laptop, perfect for my needs (some business, some personal use). The color is lovely, the keyboard is well spaced and I love the full number keypad to the right. Although they don't state it, it comes with a black with white lettering dust keyboard cover. It's not necessary, but much appreciated. The keyboard has great feedback, large yet quiet keys, no clicking. the backlighted keyboard is great to have and I love to change the colors as the mood fits. It comes with Windows 11 Pro and Office 19, which was already activated and ready to go, no issues at all. It's very light, travels well in my backpack. I really like the fingerprint lock, very useful and quick. Took less than 3 minutes to set up and adjust settings to my liking. I have a Macbook Pro, a Chromebook, Ipads, etc and I'm just as happy with this as I am my other devices. It was a great buy without breaking the bank and I love the look and feel as well. Overall, I'm really happy with this laptop (I had some trepidations buying a "no name" brand, but honestly, it looks and feels like quality materials and works just as well if not better than the big names-without the ridiculous price tag).

I have taken the time to get to know this laptop before writing this review. I can't say one bad thing about it. It's fast, the color is gorgeous! The quality is fantastic! I use it for work, photo editing, video editing, uploading, downloading, and GAMING! I 10/10 recommend. Let me also say customer service help was on point, they were so helpful and made it stress free. Had a small issue at start up with my windows 11 pro. Emailed them that night and the problem was resolved that night as well, hassle free. I was skeptical at first but I'm so glad I took the chance on this company and product

It’s an overall good pc laptop but when it comes down to gaming big games it makes the game lag a lot. Other than that it’s beautiful, love the color and the light up keyboard. It came with a mouse and mouse pad. Probably best to play small games maybe in 2D.

I am so impressed with this computer! I think it is just as high in quality as Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, or even a Mac!The price point is so much better! I chose the one with 512 SSD. I'm so glad that I chose that one. I bought it & a customized mouse pad to go with the turquoise looking green color and it looks fabulous as you can see in the picture. I blinged my computer and the wireless mouse and I use my art as the background on my screen.If you're thinking about trying it, I think you should! Mine came with Windows already set up and I had to create my Outlook account; that was easy! Now what you need to know is when you're ready to either shut down, or put the computer to sleep, there is a window button at the bottom left that you need to push and then it will show you the choices to let the computer sleep for the restart or to shut down.I have also purchased two wireless computer speakers because the only thing about this computer is, I can tell it has surround sound, but the volume is low depending on what you're watching or listening to; even with the volume dial on 100.However, even with that, I don't feel discouraged about buying this computer, well done Nymbwo/Rumtuk!!!!The only thing is it doesn't have a mobile hotspot to allow you to connect via your phone as Wi-Fi. Sometimes I need to use a mobile hotspot, especially if the AT&T internet Wifi is acting up.

This laptop didn’t spare me one day and it’s already given me multiple problems. I’m lucky the thing at least turns on.The volume and brightness buttons don’t work. You have to hold the fn key at the same time to get it to do something.The cursor (mouse) is not only very slow and laggy, but it lags so much to the point where it clicks random things. Things that I did not manually click. It even deleted an important email of mine! (I was able to recover it)The volume sounds like dollar tree ear buds. Simple.The keyboard itself is also laggy and glitchy to the point where I typed a full word while I was writing a sentence but the word didn’t show up.I haven’t had the laptop long enough to judge the battery life.Haven’t used the camera yet.The right thing to do would be to simply return the item and get a full refund, but I would honestly hate to go through that process. And I am in dying need of a laptop. School is right around the corner. If the seller could reach out to me to come to some sort of solution, I’d be happy to give it a 5 star.But 400 bucks….

I have always purchased HP Laptops all my life, and one ASUS. I have Never heard of this brand or manufacturer. My Nephew got me into gaming. I do not know why, But this laptop appealed to me and life is about exploring New Ideas. This Laptop is top of the line in Quality, Speed, Design, Looks, features, and so far has yet to treat me as the enemy. I love it. Thanks. AJR

Aside from the nice color and light weight, this laptop arrived quickly and even better, it was already set up with windows and Microsoft- I was able to start working immediately after plugging in. I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my business associate. The price is great too!
