The fit is true to size, my son needed a new pair of throwing shoes. This pair is very durable, comfortable (doesn’t give blisters), and was great in helping him execute proper feet work while throwing.

These came recommended to me by a world class thrower. I had tried to buy them earlier but they had no inventory. IT was worth the wait. They are light, very supportive and have a hard sole, but not super-hard, which allows you to rotate easy yet have enough traction to facilitate drive. Highly recommend these shoes. I wear an E width and just ordered my size. They fit snug and the Velcro strap across the instep works very well.

The build quality is superb, probably the most sturdy and well built shoe I have ever seen before. The sole is very sticky though, so be mindful of that, it might not be your style. Very slow on concrete, a little bit better on wood. Might be better for most in rain.

My son loves these throwing shoes, he is the captain of his track & field team, and he only uses these shoes. Fit is perfect which is the most important part.

These shoes are a great option, especially for athletes with wide feet. They provide excellent comfort and support, making them a solid choice for throwing events. The durability is decent but not the best, so they may wear down faster with frequent use. While they work well for the spin technique, they perform even better for the glide. If you have wide feet and need a reliable throwing shoe, these are definitely worth considering!

Bought these for my nephew who has feet bigger than my head. lol. He said they are super comfy and worked well for his discus and javelin throwing. They will not help increase your score though.
