I've had this for a few days now and so far it's been great. Its well built and very sturdy. It's very easy to use and definitely gives you a work out. It does tend to squeak when using it. I tried to lubricate but it didn't help. The peddles are a little difficult to adjust. I still haven't quite got the hang of that yet. The counter is about as accurate as the counter on any other exercise equipment. I've been using it every other and let me tell you.....my legs be screaming when I'm done. I was a little hesitate to get it at first because I'm a big girl but we will see how this holds up. If I have any issues, I will come back and revise my review after a couple of weeks

This stepper was a good purchase for our family. The convenience of exercising at home is priceless. I started having heart problems and the first thing my doctor said is exercise. So here goes. It's sturdy and I feel pretty safe on it. My 6yr old grandaughter is also enjoying it. It's become a competition on how many steps we can do. 😆

I use this with two 10 lb dumbells and it holds my weight along with the dumbell very easy to use.

I love that this stepper is made from of heavy-duty materials but light enough to carry from my office to the living room and it stores away easily. I had a stepper from a different brand that I rarely used because it was too heavy to carry around and too big to leave in the living room. This stepper is ready to use right out of the box, no assembly needed. To get started you just clip the resistant bands on, set your desired step height and turn the knob in the middle all the way to the right to save the height. It is also easy to reset the step/calorie counter by holding down the red button for a few seconds. Overall, very easy to use!

I bought this and I was really excited. Honestly it really sucks. The first few times I used it were okay. It was easy to get going. However now it won’t stay at the height I set it to and it starts falling making smaller steps even when the knob is tight. It’s also extremely loud and squeaky.After further investigation it’s actually bent in the middle and literally cracking. I am well under the weight limit. This product is not sturdy and is cheap. I’m very disappointed. This is after a week of use.

I really like this high quality stepper! It fits perfect in my office for when I need a break. It squeaks a little but I just need to put some oil that comes with it on. You can definitely get a burn on in 10 minutes. Great price too!

For those of you looking to release the steps - turn the black knob in the middle of the steps to the right. Kinda crazy there’s no instructions on this. I eventually figured out . You gotta turn it like 15-20 times probablySo it works well initially but after a week - it squeaks like crazy and the bolts keep coming loose every few days where the hydraulic connect . It’s also hard to put the nuts back on without having a ratchet set

Works great really get out of good workout on your calves and knees I love it and good price too
