Beautiful
This fabric feels very luxurious and soft. It has a beautiful sheen and a nice stretch.The fabric stretches mostly across and just slight stretch vertically.Perfect for evening, cocktail or special occasion dresses.It is fairly easy to sew if you have the right tools for it. I always use walking foot and lots of pins. Velvet pressing pad is making pressing easier.

Ok for children's costume
Cheaply made in Asia, looks thin and cheap, it's not something that I would have purchased in person. It's only saving grace is that it can be used for a children's costume or for lining, I wont return it, but I'm leaving the bag and sticker on so I can tell what not to get.
