Specification & out of the country - not compatible at this time
This unit was designed to work in a different country. No one from this company returned any of communications. This IP horn is NOT supported by Hikvision USA & does not work with USA firmware of Hikvision at this time. Be careful. Wasted my money & time. I’ve returned it .
