Easy to use
This is a very easy to use bag. It got my clubs safely to Myrtle Beach from Florida.

Good blend protection and collapsable for storage
Good combination of hard shell on top but soft middle making it collapsible for better storage. You can see from box in the picture it folds down pretty compact. I loaded with 2 pair shoes, fleece, rain pants/jacket, etc. and weighed in around 40lbs, so comfortably under 50lb weight limit for airline (SW anyway). Wheels seem solid, rolls well. Good hard plastic base so can stand up pretty reliably. Can be compressed from top so hack I used: cut old broom handle slightly longer than driver and insert into bag. If looking for good compromise protection and collapsable for storage, would recommend.

The perfect middle ground between hard case / soft case.
This bag is a perfect solution for if you want better protection for your clubs than just a regular soft sided case, which is basically no protection at all. The problem with those 100% hard shell cases is they are big and pretty unforgiving when you are trying to put them into the trunk of a car or what not. I basically had a problem with my hard sided case every time I used an Uber.This hybrid case gives good protection for your club heads and it fits the bag really nicely, maybe because it’s got those straps that go around it. It looks nice and sleek, not just like big sack.

Updated review: This company is great. I initially had some problems/issues but the company reached out and fixed the problem with grace. Wonderful costumer service and the bag is a great affordable option.

It’s not tough
Terrible bag the outside doesn’t strap down tight enough to keep the hard shell club head cover from moving up and down which in turn if thrown it’ll put downforce pressure on club heads breaking them mainly drivers being they’re the longest clubs in the bag ….. the airlines are not gentle and this bag doesn’t withstand the trip or treatment … do not waste your money

Low quality fabric
Used one time and it developed a substantial hole in the fabric just below the hard top. Otherwise easy to store and rolled really well.
