My best friend needed a new pillow after having a pillow he's used since his younger years. He says it had no smell and it firms up and puffs up well when used after setting it in a drafty area. It's comfortable and good quality. It's got a nice cooling sensation, too. Great value for the cost.

Truth be told this is a very well made pillow and for anybody who wants firm or very firm it's going to be perfect.That's not my case, though. True, it's theoretically adjustable. One can open it up and remove some of the foam. {Or, alternatively, add more from the extra provided.)But I was wary about trying to do this as the phone itself seems to be on the firm side. So it looked like if I did remove foam, the pillow would be a little thinner but not necessarily softer.You should also be aware that the size is somewhat larger than a regular queen size pillow. It does fit into my queen size pillowcase though, so this might be a quality rather than a defect for most people.I noticed no smell.It's actually very good value for money, if you need a firmish or very firm pillow.It most certainly is not flat.

There are so many awesome things about this pillow. First of all, it's incredibly comfortable.. I bought one for my husband, and after one night, his neck pain is gone! I will be ordering a second one for me.Features I LOVE:1.It comes with an extra bag of stuffing.. in case it's not fluffy enough (ours was, so it's just extra.. after we buy the second one, the extra might even be enough for another pillow!)2. It has a zippered pillow case on it. Who doesn't live a pillow that comes with a pillow case on it?!3. The pillow itself has a zipper, so you can add or take out stuffing4. The cooling side, really does stay cool.. all night long 😍The only down side is that if you were to put another pillow case on it, the cooling effect would be greatly diminished... But that goes for any cooling pillow.

I've been using this pillow for about 3-4 months now, and already I'm looking to replace it. It's not at all what I was thinking when I ordered a memory foam pillow; it doesn't seem to have any "memory" in the sense I'm used to with memory foam. It's basically just a super-soft pillow that happens to be packed with shredded foam instead of down or polyfill or whatever. If that's what you're looking for, maybe this pillow is for you! But it wasn't what I was looking for.Beyond that, I ordered the queen size and it turns out to be slightly too long for my queen pillowcases. If I could get it to stay fluffed up, it would fit, but as soon as I lay on it the pillow squishes down and spills out one end.

Well made and customizable with regards to the amount of filling. Provides great head and neck support, even after long periods of use.
