Quality product; resistance weaker than expected though.
Bought this set as my one previous resistance band gave up after much use and snapped. Oops.Thought this set looked good as it has a variety of resistance levels, which would enable me to do a variety of exercises without having to wind a less resistant one around my hands multiple times to increase the resistance.These bands seem of good quality, have a handy storage bag and do indeed have 4 different resistance levels. That said, I have found myself using the strongest one almost exclusively as they are less resistant than I anticipated... I can't see myself ever using the 'weakest' two and I'm not exactly muscle beach material.Overall a useful piece of kit with a variety of strength bands at a reasonable price.

Confusing product description
The band is fine, but I thought I was buying a pack of three. In one place it says "three' and in another it says "sold singly", but there is no where to specify which strength you need.Please amend the listing so it makes sense!

These bands are strong and flexible. I added plastic handles because of my needs but they would work for most people without handles.

It IS LATEX! Careful !! I had allergic reaction!
Promoted as non - latex but packaging said differently after I already used product with a severe latex allergy. If you have allergy steer clear - almost a hospital visit over a $10 band

Helps with shin splints
Love this product as I use it to help treat shin splints. It has made a big difference in how my shins are feeling. Very happy I purchased this.
