Good, but a little stiff
Fits well, looks just like the original, but the foam is stiffer then the original. Original head pillow is a little more comfortable.

Fits My 2009 Hot Springs Spa Perfectly
This pillow is an exact fit. You cant even tell which pillow is the OEM, being they are almost identical. The pillow went on super easily, and fits snugly. The pillow has been used several times now, and it stays in place. I used this pillow on my 2009 spa for reference. It’s a fantastic replacement, and I wouldn’t have any reservations in ordering if your spa is the right year, and model.
