Built really well.
This lift is quite capable of lifting each part of our ecv that comes apart for transporting it to our best amusement park. Has 2 small side wheels that come out when razing it up to keep it from tilting as you get higher. Easy to charge. Love it.

Ease of use
Lightweight but powerful. Really makes getting our mobility scooters in and out of the car easy. I modified the lift a little for ease of use. Battery in its installed location is obstructed and cannot easily access the power switch. I moved the battery to the outside of the scissor lift mechanism for easy access. Also makes removal of the battery a simple task. We live in AZ and I do not like leaving the battery in the closed trunk on these hot, 110+ days.

Poor workmanship.
Instruction manual does not provide useful information on how to set up the lift, how to charge the battery or how to unpack and assemble the lift. Poor workmanship. Calling the company provides no useful information.

Worth the money
Works great to load my husband’s mobility scooter into our SUV. Did not want to have the trailer on the back of our car. Great solution!

This works perfectly for loading/unloading anything heavy into your vehicle...like a wheelchair. So glad for this.
