After lengthy thought and research, I decided to invest nearly $1000 to purchase the Comfygo Go Lift. was excited to receive this lift since it is a struggle for this 75yr senior to lift my recently disabled husband’s 63LB wheelchair into our car. The lift worked beautifully the FIRST time ( dry run), However, after successfully loading the wheelchair into the car for a grocery shopping trip, the lift would not operate to allow me to unload the chair. There are no troubleshooting instructions in the manual nor are any customer service reps available on the weekends. The only visible sign of damage I could see was the slightly frayed wire connecting the remote to the motor. It will cost in excess of $125 for a return. I will look closely at future purchases to ensure there is free return for defective merchandise. It would also be great if these lifts had a way to manually raise and lower. This feature would add a level of security in knowing one could get the lift raised or lowered if the battery operation failed.

Alittle pricey for home use but does the job of transporting the 60 lb motorized wheelchair

I ordered the COMFYGO Wheelchair Lift so I could be more mobile. I am new to using a powered wheelchair and I overestimated my strength, so I couldn't lift my wheelchair onto this well-built lift. Working with the seller to resolve my dilemma was a breeze. I highly recommend this company and this product!
