I bought this tablet for my daughter who is quite passionate about drawing and art. This is a great starter tablet that comes with everything you need to get started including the case, pen, glove, pre installed drawing apps and a charger. The screen is huge and is the same size as my laptop screen which is great for drawing. It is a fully functioning tablet and the only complaint my daughter has had so far is that some games, such as Roblox, are a bit hard to play with the large screen and that there is no headphone jack. Outside of that great product! Customer service was wonderful too as the tip of the pen broke the first day out of the box. I contacted Amazon who offered to replace the entire tablet and when I declined they put me in touch with the Simban customer support. They responded quickly, the process of getting a free pen replacement was quick and easy ( you have a 90 day warranty on accessories from the company). We had a new pen within a week and so far it's been great.

My first time with an actual drawing tablet, i love the size alone and the fact its portable. Im not a fan of the pen because it needs batteries but other than that, i love this. I also love that it cane with a free script for concept Art. Plus its affordable for the size! Works great, quality is great, and the colors are awesome.

Edit: After reaching out to the company where this tablet was from we were able to get the problem sorted out, quickly and very kindly. They offered a repair but due to delays on parts replaced the tablet. It was fast, painless and now I have the tablet and it is perfect! I really do enjoy working with it and am over joyed with everything about the product at this timeBought it on the 18th of January. It isnalready not turning on at all. Had a random crack show up on the screen. It worked great until it did not.

Honestly, I didn't have a lot of complaints with the tablet while it functioned. It was definitely not the best tablet, but good for price point.A few months later, and it won't boot. I've tried normal boot, fast boot, and recovery boot... Nothing but a black screen.

I purchased the Huion KAMVAS 12 tablet for my grandson. He is a very talented teen and loves it!!. It is first tablet. The Huion is a quality product and I consider it a value for the money. He had trouble with a small piece on the charging port (NOT a manufacturing defect). When I contacted the company, the response was quick and helpful. Great product, Outstanding service!!!

My child is exceptionally talented, and I'm happy to invest in resources that support their artistic pursuits and development. This drawing tablet is extraordinary; my child spent many hours engrossed in it during the Christmas break. Its features, including recording drawings and screen-capturing, are wonderful. While the previous model was also excellent, this larger screen size is well worth the investment for any artistically inclined child. My fifteen-year-old, who has drawn since early childhood, is thrilled with it. Investing in a child's passion is always worthwhile, and I highly recommend this tablet.

Ordered a Picasso XL Drawing Tablet. The product is much more than I anticipated. It is a large tablet that allows users to do everything a regular tablet can do. However, it has features that allow the user to explore their artistic talents. Beautiful design and comes with a tablet, glove, case, and stylus (pen). The transaction with the seller was seamless. The product was well-packaged and delivered quickly. I ordered the item on Saturday and was delivered on Monday. Considering everything this has been a great transaction.
