We have three toddlers between the ages of 2 and 3. The toys looked small on the amazon reviews so we were worried that they would try to eat them. But the kids generally understood that the squishies were toys! Even the two year old, who made make believe eating sounds at the squishy strawberry kept it at a safe distance. Don't get me wrong, we inspected the toys beforehand at night and took them out of their packaging since they did look somewhat like candy. Before introducing them to the eggs, and after opening them for the kids, I made sure to exclaim that they were toys and spent a couple hours playing with them with the toys. They absolutely loved the squishies! They stretched, threw, slingshotted, danced with, collected, and organized them. It was well worth it for the price. The only thing I hadn't accounted for was the mess of having several plastic eggs and squishy toys. I'm very glad that I didn't go for one of the packs with 100 or so toys.

I ordered this set of KINGYAO 28 Pack Easter Eggs with Mochi Squishy Toys Inside to use as gift bag items for an upcoming child's birthday party.I know that these are advertised as Easter Eggs, but that doesn't mean that they can't pull double duty as party favors. The eggs are brightly colored. They stay closed but are not difficult to open. Inside each egg is a plastic wrapped squishy toy. The squishies are small, but they don't have any objectionable odor and feel good in the hand. Kids love playing squishy toys, so I'm expecting that these will be a big hit.
