I’ve been really impressed with the Keppi Fitness bench. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful features. The bench was very easy to put together and was all built in 45 minutes or so. The only thing that was a little (and I mean a little) unclear was the markings on some of the included hardware. Instead of marking each item as a number/letter, they mark a group of items with a number per bag. So you would use bag 1 hardware for step 1 and so on. Honestly, this is an easier way to do this but I guess I am more used to the "use item a and b for this step". Maybe some wording in the instructions could have helped immediately make this clear.Overall the bench has been great for my uses. I am just starting out with lighter weight training to build some strength but I am mostly just looking to become healthier. This bench is very sturdy and the different adjustments have worked flawlessly for me. The only thing that could be improved is the preacher pad and chain/handle bar. I feel like I am not getting a full range of motion that I would like with the handle bar.Overall I would rate this a 4.5/5 if I could do a half star. I would recommend this weight bench though!

My previous bench finally fell apart while moving it (thankfully not while using it lol) and so it was time for a new one. After some research I came across this one on Amazon (Keppi Fitness). Based on other reviews and feedback, it seemed like a good fit. After receiving and putting the bench together, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall build quality and versatility of the bench! I’m fairly handy so assembly wasn’t too difficult especially once I realized the numbered baggies are for each step in assembly lolThe bench also comes with a knee flexion/extension/bicep curl attachment however I have not used that yet. Still, the build quality of that is excellent as well. So far, I am about two weeks into using it and have been able to bench fairly heavy without feeling any kind of give. I also like the versatility of the bench as I can use it for shoulder press and Bulgarian Split Squats. Overall, a great buy and awesome addition to my home gym. Thank you, Keppi Fitness!
