As a left handed person, it's hard to find a pen that doesn't smudge while writing and dries quickly.I write in my free time and also do a lot of writing for work so I'm always looking for good pens.The price of these pens is very fair for the 5 pens you get and the quality of the ink.Ink flow is nice, flows smoothly, no skipping and as I mentioned before, no smudging.The color variety is interesting, just slightly different but I like that.The only thing I don't love about the pens is how light weight they feel. The weight of the pens makes them feel kind of cheap but the ink makes up for that.I would definitely purchase these again.

I love how precise the metal tip is, though the color differences are pretty subtle and shine best with good lighting. My only gripe is that it’s stuck at 0.7mm, so no finer tips to play with. The pens themselves are great and writes smooth but I don’t like smooth writing pens so they are not my favorite. I do like the subtle colors though. I did receive all 5 although not pictured

It was a little hard to see the difference in colors, the only that really stood out is the crimson. They write beautifully, but I wouldn't expect less from Pentel; they are one of my favorite brands of pens. Need a pretty bright light to see the colors, though I wouldn't call the purple one Bordeaux since that just brings thoughts of wine, maybe eggplant or well Aubergine, yeah that's a better word. Shades of black is a perfect name for this line though. Charcoal did not disappoint, it's a lighter shade of the black. Olive is a beautiful shade. MIght have to get the other colors now. Like I need more pens.

As a fan of EnerGel pens, I’m glad I stumbled upon this Kuro line. In true EnerGel fashion, the pens effortlessly glide across the paper. They feel even more luxe with “fancy” paper. The colors are subtle yet bold, the quality ink flows without skips, and the body of the pen fits my hand perfectly. Love how smooth and dark these pens write and there's no smudge if you wipe over it right away. The only downside is the cost. Feels too pricey for a pen that doesn't last long.
