I wanted to get something to mount my Insta360 camera in my drummer's car so we could just constantly film band car rides, but as he uses his parent's vehicles when we need to move gear, buying a permanent dashboard mount didn't make sense. So I bought this. And while I haven't used it for THAT purpose as of yet, I did use it at our last gig, and the clamp was big enough to clamp on to the speaker stands the PA speakers were mounted on, and it stayed in the exact position I put it in through the whole set, so I'm assuming this is big enough to clamp basically anywhere and sturdy enough to not start drooping like other similar tripods I've bought in the past.

Love that I can use this TELESIN Jaws Flex Gooseneck Clamp Mount with my action camera or phone. Works easily with each with the mounts provided.Everything is well made and sturdy. The flexible arm is stiff enough to stay put but has enough flexibility to let me position it as I need. The super clamp mounts holds tightly and I like the versatility of it.All around just a nice versatile piece of kit.

I ordered this Jaws Flex Gooseneck Clamp Mount by Telesin as I have several other items by Telesin and they are good quality camera accessories. This looked like an interesting camera mount so I wanted to try it out. The clamp and gooseneck are heavy duty plastic; the clamp is quite big and could fit on a variety of posts to secure for shooting. The spring in the clamp is very strong so I could not operate with one hand; I had to open it with both hands to hold it open wide enough to clamp onto a post. The gooseneck bends to an approx. 75°angle, it’s not as versatile or flexible as the Telesin Flexible Mount Clamp (which wraps around any size post). You can also shoot just using the clamp and not utilizing the gooseneck at all, which I found helpful.The Jaws Clamp does come with mounts for a smartphone, a GoPro (1/4 universal adapter) and an Insta360 (screw adapter) which makes it universally compatible with nearly all action cameras. Overall this gooseneck and clamp mount is pretty good but Telesin makes some other mounting clamps that offer more versatility and flexibility that I prefer – the Telesin Flexible Mount Clamp & Telesin 360 Flexible Strap Mount – to name just 2.

This is a nice piece of gear to add to your kit when you need that unique angle for your shot, an overhead mounted to some rigging or c-stand that already has a light attached, or even putting a small panel light somewhere for fill lighting. The adaptability isn't limitless but very near. Attach your GoPro to the included action mount and slip onto the flexible gooseneck and clamp it wherever you can or use the included action to 1/4-20 mount for a phone clamp or for a light. Alternatively, you can remove the gooseneck all together and utilize the clamp only as the gooseneck mounts to the clamp with the same style GoPro shoe. The clamp is nice and strong and the strap in the clamp will allow you to adjust the bite to the diameter of most poles completing a secure fit. My only complaint is that I wish the gooseneck was a touch stiffer. It is very easily manipulated so you have to mind your payload however, if you use it for its intended purpose with an action camera or phone... you should have no problems. Just no that if you were to attach it to a vehicle, the gooseneck will probably not stay shaped as you want when you introduce wind to the scenario.

I've been using this to hold a light above my monitors by clamping it onto the monitor stand which really helps with the lighting for my webcams. It's very strong and the articulation holds well underweight, but it is limited in the bend radius so you have to choose your angles appropriately

This is a great clamp for mounting an action or pocket cam somewhere fast. The gooseneck is made of off brand loc-line, but not the usual 3/4 inch loc-line most of these mounts are made from, that means this mount can't be adapted with more loc-line. It's just a smidge too narrow to fit 3/4 lock-line. I prefer about 3 to 4 feet of loc-line to give me a good stable gooseneck that gets my cam in where I need it.The clamp comes with everything you need to mount your cam just about anywhere that is stable. The gooseneck will move around a lot if you are on bumpy roads. I tried one of these on a really bumpy trail and every big bump had the cam pointing down.On smooth roads, these are great. They are even better for use on stable surfaces. Like my desk top for getting overhead and POV shots of me working on my art. This is a great way to get a nice POV shot with an action cam or a P+S cam of art being made.This clamp is great and it's got the right amount of accessories to get you started but I'd suggest another brand if you want to make a longer mount. This clamp is nice if you want this size.
