Great value, easy to assemble & change. Max emmitter range is too high: easy to use lots of water.
I love this kit!It has the more flexible tubing. It has both tubing sizes (main line 1/2", & 1/4" drip line)It comes with PUSH TO CONNECT (!!) emitters and connectors.Emitters are on stakes already (part of the push to connect above). Each emitter can be turned off or on as needed (say you remove a plant, or haven't yetpurchased oneyou intend to plant, you can set it up ahead of time and don't need to pull an emitter out later -- just turn it off!!BUT...The only thing I don't prefer about this unit is that I don't know the flow rate range in gph of the emmitters. We definitely must keep them low.If they had a range of 0 - 4 MAX, or 0 -2 max or 0 -3 max gph, this would be the perfect kit.Unfortunately most of this style emitters run 0-18 or even higher.I've only seen *1* seller that had staked variable rate emitters in a 0 - 2 gph max range. And i can't find it again. I'm also guessing it they were in the traditional barbed style, rather than quick-connect.==Unfortunately, I can't risk setting them to anything over 3 or 4 gph MAX. Preferably, all stay under 2, most under 1. I could maybe set 1 or 2 at 3 pgh.We must ensure high water conservation, using a calculated minimum amount, or just let the plants suffer without summer watering. The only option for us:So, UNFORTUNATELY, it looks like I'll be stuck with traditional barbed connections, non-adjustable but KNOWN flow rates(I'll use a couple black 1 gph, and perhaps a green 2 gph, and maybe a few 1/2 gph) emitters.)And I won't be able to turn any off for pre-planning or future changes.I don't like that it'll be very difficult to remove or change emitters (ie change flow rate or remove an emitter permanetly) either.(I also prefer the idea of the more flexible vinyl tubing that this kit offers, but for this case the firmer type will be fine, and is less an issue to me than the emitter and connector types I'll be restricted to.)But given the water situation, and nobody offering this style of drip emitter with a lower max flow rate (the whole POINT of MOST DRIP systems!!), I personally am unable to use this kit :-(.It is well designed though, at a great price. It would be VERY QUICK TO ASSEMBLE, and perform maintenence!I just wish it would work for us.Anyone know of any kits that are the but whose MAX gph remains under 4 gph?Does anyone know who sells staked quick connect drippers which have a variable gph range of 0-4gph or 0-2gph (I love that they can be turned off) ???That's the kit that I need.Or at least I WANT that one over the traditional difficult to install/change type.Basically something like this kit but lower MAX range for the emitters.==This kit is GOOD VALUE.But it's too easy to use a lot more water than you may intend, & more that you might have allotted.

I am impressed actually
I have never made, or set up, any irrigation system. Probably because I was intimidated. But at this reasonable price point, I thought it was worth the gamble and the challenge. I am glad I took the plunge.Easy start to finish. Instructions were straight forward and once I figured out the reason for each piece, it was a breeze. I have since purchased another set.One issue that I should have looked into was the fact that, once you have placed the 1/4 inch tubing into a slot/hole, it's there for good. It's permanent. You won't be able to pull it out afterwards. But, it comes with a few extra pieces anyway. It wouldn't have made any difference into my buying this, it would have just made a few things easier. My fault, I can assure you.

Product worked...mostly. Customer service slow but did respond to my review issues
I installed the drip irrigation system as per instructions and it went very well. Set-up was easy and I was able to get the layout I wanted to cover two new raised planter beds. But, when I turned on the water, one of the tees failed, the 1/4 inch line flew off and water sprayed uncontrolled from the tee. Only one of the four lines on one of the four tees failed (see photo). The rest of the process and system was fine. I removed the failed tee, plugged it with the end cap and everything else worked great...I could adjust the spray and drip rate of the fittings...but a quarter of my planting surface wasn't irrigated (see other photo).I emailed the manufacturer at the email provided on the box...with the photo and a brief description of the problem. A few days later...no reply. So I sent it again but without the photo in case that was somehow the problem. A few more days later and still no response. So I found a replacement tee (set of 4) for about $10 on Amazon from a different vendor; two days later it arrived. It fit, was at least as good as the original and now everything is fine. I won't be returning this irrigation system as it works fine now...but I won't be buying anything from this seller again. A failure now and again is expected and it has happened to me once or twice in the past with other sellers. But, invariably if the customer support was good I will usually leave a positive review emphasizing the great customer service. That was NOT the case here...the product was mostly fine and the failure of the tee might not be common.EDIT:Shortly after this review was posted, the Manufacturer did get back to me with an offer of a refund to compensate for the problem. For that reason I have added back the star I took off for the lack of customer support. As I noted in my original review, the product works fine with the replacement part and has plenty of leftover hose in case I need to change the layout in the future (unlikely, as it feeds two 6x3 planters I have end to end along the side of a pathway).

Easy and great quality!
Fantastic! I would give this 10 stars if I could! Forget all the other DIY sprinkler systems. This is the one you want. Its quality and ease of setting up is fantastic. I used this for my flowerbed in the front (still need to bury it) and will now get rid of my crappy one in the vegetable garden and will replace it with this! Worth every penny!

The installation was fast!
I had an older version of a drip kit, but it had to be replaced. I ended up with this drip system, and it turned out to be very good—lots of fittings, tubes, and high-quality plastic.I ordered more because it was really a breeze to install. The connectors simply allow you to snap them together, and the quick-connect feature is the main selling point for me. I installed the entire backyard in just a few hours.

Easy to install
I purchased a few different systems, this one worked the best for my flower garden. Easy to install and I love the quick release on the sprinkler head attachment. So far great system!

Works great
Was very pleased with it, what I expected. Loved the way it went together quick and easy, much better than the other's I have gotten.
