I take calcium every day and this is by far the easiest, best form I've tried yet.I had trouble swallowing the huge calcium pills, so I'd been taking liquid Cal/Mag for a long time; the thick, chalky kind that you have to kind of gag down. After awhile it seemed to be bothering my stomach (maybe from all the sweeteners?) so I switched to chewable tablets, which weren't much better. They were chalky and hard to gag down, and seemed to bother my stomach as well.These drops however are so easy to take -- no chalkiness at all -- and they taste great, even if you use them straight without diluting them in anything. I just drop the liquid under my tongue, and it's so much better than than chalky liquid or pills. They have a mild lemon taste, which is actually very pleasant.I like that the ingredients are plant-based, has no sweeteners, etc. It's also got Potassium, Zinc and a few other vitamins/minerals that my other calcium didn't have.I'll definitely be ordering again!

I can’t speak on the effects of this supplement, it’s hard to tell with vitamins, but it’s easy to administer and tastes like lemonade. It’s almost like liquid candy. I’ve heard mixed information about the synergy between these vitamins and minerals, but I’ve had no negative effects.

Great concept. Love the taste but the product makes me dream and not sleep well. Had to stop taking it.

After hours searching for a calcium/Vit D supplement in the dosages prescribed by my doctor, I found these drops and they are perfect! I get my required 1200 mg Calcium and no more than 25 mcg of Vit D in liquid form, 2ml of quite tasty natural lemon flavored drops. So relieved not to have to take as many as 5 large pills from competing vitamin companies for less than half the calcium dose and 3x the price!
