I’ve never really taken vitamins, but these hair gummies were on sale one day so I decided to try them, and I’m glad I did! I mainly bought these for the skin and hair growth. I first noticed I was breaking nails more often than usual (I have a very hands on job and an emotional author so sometimes i really slam on the keys) and my nails are usually never long enough to break. To be honest, the results aren’t overnight or even in a week or two.I suggest to stick with using them & within a few months, my own hair was so much healthier.It appears thicker altho’ not sure if that is possible? The real improvement was a nail fungus from a salon yrs ago that was ongoing despite seeing my dermatologist every 6 months.
