Baby Print Ornaments
We bought two of these baby prints ornaments to cherish a memory of our son, and we've been very pleased with them since we hung them on our wall in 2017.

Great memories
This is so easy to use and the instructions are very simple to follow. The only hard this is to hold the baby’s foot steady for the imprint to work 😅 but that’s expected. This is a great memory to make with our kiddos ❤️

LOVE IT!
o I never write reviews but feel I must on this product. My husband and I have purchase MANY products trying to capture our infants hand and foot prints including lots of different ink products on the market and other impression material. This stuff is AWESOME!Some pointers I recommend: You MUST knead the material for 2-3 minutes as directed. I used books on either end when rolling it out to make it perfectly even and a marble rolling pin (don't even bother with the one in the kit). When you roll it out roll only in one direction to help keep it from sticking to the rolling pin. When you make the impression I put Johnson and Johnson baby lotion on the hand and foot first to keep it from sticking to the material (make sure you apply enough)! The best part is even if you mess up you can re-roll the material as many times as you need (we did about 6-7x for the hand print!) About 12 hours into the drying process peel it off the tin foil and flip it over for the other 12 hours to dry (and keep it from curving in). If you use your material wisely you actually have enough to make a hand and foot print from the package. I also managed to turn the frame right side up and put both the hand and foot print in the designated spot along with our infants picture. It looks AMAZING and Pearhead is wonderful to work with!!If the product does not come out of the package difficultly (sticking to the sides) then it's probably no good. (I bought 6 ornament impression kits as well and they were drier and made awful prints. I called the company and they sent me out 6 replacements for FREE)! They also did that for the ink kit we bought that didn't work out as well. This company is awesome..can't rave about them enough! o I never write reviews but feel I must on this product. Great product
I ordered both the tin kit and the hanging kit, and they were great! The material was just what I wanted. Having read all the reviews before buying, I decided not to even try the rest of the kit. I ended up taking someone's advice: using wax paper and a round glass to roll it out, and using other methods to shape it. I ended up using a combination of my hands and a butter knife to finish it, but I hear a bowl works well too. The wax paper and glass worked fine with it! I was left with a couple of nice, detailed impressions, and no mess on my baby's hands. The material was light enough to ship to my mother-in-law! Since it's so light, it will be a little softer than other products when it's done. It's meant to hang somewhere or be stored in a tin, so I suggest keeping the finished product away from marauding babies until they're old enough to know better than to break it. Make sure baby's hands and feet are clean before using. My baby was 7 months when I did it, and he was difficult to work with, but it wasn't the product's fault. We're talking about babies here. Not the most cooperative bunch! Another suggestion: make sure you have plenty of time to do it after opening the package, and that you and/or your partner (and the baby!)are in a good mood, because working with a squirming baby can be a trying experience. Be prepared to do it over several times before you get a print you like, because it takes a little practice. With a little patience and creativity, I'm confident you can get the prints you want! Lighten up and have fun!

DO NOT Purchase!
Please do not buy this product. I’m not only disappointed, but sad that I couldn’t use it to make a keepsake ornament of my baby’s handprint. This is the first Amazon review I have left giving an item only one star. I purchased 4 of these baby print keepsakes 5 months ago so I could send one to all of my daughters grandparents. I wanted to have in time to make for the holidays and wanted to wait until she was a bit older.Today, I excitedly sat down and opened 2 of the 4 packages to begin making the handprint ornaments. The packages have never been opened up until today. My husband we’re going to tag team. My daughter is 9 months old and loves helping with crafts. As I opened the box I compared the impression material and saw that the impression material was exactly the same: hard, rubbery and had a strong odor.On a positive note: packaging was cute, all materials easy to identify with simple to follow directions. The “impression material” was sealed in a package along with a plastic small rolling pin, plastic hole puncher, 3 ribbons and a circular mold. The negative: the “ impression material “ is a rubber like material that is 100% impossible to knead and get to the consistency of taking an impression (hand or foot). I followed all directions. I couldn’t even knead the product. My husband, who is incredibly strong also laughed Snd said it was like trying to knead a rubber ball. It was impossible to knead to the consistency the directions called for. It’s as if the product went “bad,” however, it was like that for multiple packages. The material will not take an impression, period. It does not do what the description states it will.Sadly, I can’t return all 4 products since I’m past 30 days. This product is not what I expected. The material is impossible to use. It is NOT a molding type material. It is rubber and hard. Please save your money and purchase another product. What a waste.
