I use mine to find golf balls on my local course, and it's unbelievably good. Just one tiny bit of ball visible and it shines out of the darkness like a lighthouse. I've never bought a Pro V1 in my life, but in the last 9 months they're all I've ever used!Quick to charge, lasts for hours, and comfortable to hold as it's pretty light. My only gripe is the blue light when it's on - it's just a tad too bright. Maybe useful in daylight use, but at night it's pretty distracting.Oh, and never look at your kitchen or bathroom with it, it shows up stuff even after you've cleaned with bleach spray! You will, of course, 'cause everyone does, but your view on what 'clean' is will never be the same again.

This black light torch is a good piece of equipment and functions as described. The included recharchable battery is very powerful. The option and accessory supplied to use regular batteries is useful but not as powerful as the supplied recharchable battery but still functions well. In dark conditions with the supplied recharchable battery, the light works effortlessly at distances of 4 and five meters away. The casing is of a robust aluminium material and looks and feels well. It fits well in hand to use. The supplied plastic carrycase is an added bonus to have.

I use it to cure my UV resin - does the job in seconds.Pros - strong light, versatile battery optionsCons - USB-C charging can only work with the provided cable or any USB-A to USB-C cable. If you have a USB-C to USB-C one it doesn’t work as it doesn’t have a proper usb-c charge controller circuit in its port. Basic implementation unfortunately.

I have been wandering round my house with this torch. It shows up dust (unfortunately!). Most importantly, I can see fluorescent rocks and shells in my collection. Brilliant.

Terrible device. No instructions telling me what the colour means if it illuminates things on the floor etc. Turn the house light off and turn this on and yes certain things are illuminated like bits of paper, a cardboard box, water splash in the kitchen etc. I bought it to see if my neighbours cat was weeing in our communal hall and after watching the cat pee I shone the torch at it..... nothing! So it will illuminate random things but not the actual thing I wanted it for!
