I love the case I've been using it since it was delivered to me. But I do seem to be having a slight problem with it now. Basically usually it will charge the battery in the case and the battery in the phone at the same time until both or one of them is fully charged. Today I've noticed that the case is fully charged but it the cable that I use to charge both stopped charging my phone. I tried turning on the case to charge my phone and plugging the cable into the bottom of the case but that didn't work because as soon as I plugged the cable in it just stopped charging my phone. It's a very helpful piece of kit to have when you go out for the day.

Arrived well packaged and sealed. Upon opening it was half way charged. Fits phone beautifully wireless charging and nfc payments works flawless as to be expected from a reputable company. Good great long extra lasting battery life had one for my Samsung note 20 and never let me down after years of use. Best battery sleeve on the market as far as I'm concerned superb quality keep up the great work Newdery.

Great fit for my phone but very heavy and bulky however after a few months when low power charge is used to charge the case it makes a high pitched noise however the quality of the charge port is good takes a long time to charge it and I don't notice a difference of extra charge for my phone

Despite rarely using this case, I would be expecting at least 6 months of performance from it. However the case prevented charging my phone fully via mains and after all night's charging my phone for 3rd day barely 30% charged. Case also gets way too hot while charging the phone, which I suspect led to case internal component failure.Go for other battery case, avoid this one.

Good product but it seems better to charge them interfidually,plus a bit on the heavy side.

Tried this out the day I got it. Went on a trip for the day and used my phone, 5G, camera, everything for multiple hours and then charged it back up to full.Wireless charging worked great NFC worked for payments and overall very happy.Only thing I will criticise is that it is slow, but because you carry it on your phone it's not so much of an issue.

The media could not be loaded. Even though I have to admit that the battery of my phone last for quite long time there are situations when I leave home for 2-3 days and I don't have the option of charging my phone anytime I want to suffer this reason I was looking into an option of getting source of power that I can count on and I have decided to give this battery case a try and the good part is that I don't regret at all.I have to admit that at the beginning it took me quite a long time to get used to it because it is quite bulky and also it adds quite a lot of weight to my phone and it is not that comfortable to hold the phone and use it while this battery case is on but after maybe three four days it was just normal.I managed to charge my phone using this battery case for around two times(usually from around 5% to 95%) and the battery of my phone doesn't last that long when I use this case to charge it but even like this are very happy that it is very convenient to use it.Related to its built in quality, I wouldn't necessarily say that it is something to impress and considering that it has a matte finish, I can see all the time fingerprints and also because I keep my phone in my pocket where I usually have also the keys, I already can see some scratches on this case which I cannot remove.I didn't pay attention to exactly how long it takes to fully charge this case because I usually plug it when I get back at home in the evening and in the morning I put it on my phone to make sure that it is full all the time.Overall I would say that it is a helpful product that I can count on and I prefer to use it even though it makes my phone quite bulky.
