I got these guards to replace some broken guides for my Wahl hair clippers that were made of all plastic.ProsThe guides have a metal clip that makes them a little more durable.ConsThe plastic seems a little softer than the original guides. Almost like you could nick it if you pressed your fingernail in to an edge.The # sizes are a little off from the original guide sizes. For example, the #2 guide seemed a little bigger than the original #2. Same for the others.Overall, they work fine. I tend to only use the #2 guide to clean up my sides between proper haircuts. :-)

Got for son to start cutting hair he absolutely loves them

The attachments were an assortment of colors and they did not fit the Oster. Sent them back.

I lost my most my Wahl guards and have been working with a #2 and #7 forever now. Don't get me wrong; I was still able to make the fresh work but I needed guards bad and I wanted some that would last.It took me a while but I found these. The metal addition adds a nice strength where the main break point is on then standard guards. They fit perfectly onto my Wahl colorguards. They will no doubt last for as long as I use them. They are so much better made than the OEM guards even from Wahl AND include some half sizes I didn't have initially.Can't recommend enough. 10/10

This 10 pack of clipper guards are really nice. They clip securely to my clippers and they are well made. I like the metal on them...they seem to be more secure than the OEM Wahl guards that came with my clippers. I have done many haircuts with these guards and I have no complaints.
