Ordered to hang on the wall for all of my boyfriend's hats, worked just like I needed it to. Not cheap feeling and looks nice, just like the picture, not splintered or anything.

Bought this product for hanging 2 jackets and a couple dog leashes. It will serve its purpose but it’s so cheaply made I hope it hold up. What we received does not match the item description. Will not recommend or buy again.

Bought the rack to hold my excess mugs in May '18. Very sturdy and I feel comfortable taking items on and off. Just bought a second one.

Easy to hang, put ours on the end of a cabinet with some command hooks and was sturdy for months until we took it down. Didn't look like it was going anywhere anytime soon. I chose this over others because of the extra bit at the end of each dowel, seemed safer for our glass mugs and it did work wonderfully!
