It's a simple product that does exactly what it claims. All parts came in as they were promised and the weights are well designed. I like that they are flat based and don't roll around.I had a small issue with the foam bar, but the seller promptly (within 1 hour) responded and fixed the issue.Someone complained that changing weights takes time. This isn't surprising and true for anything unless you buy numerous sets...

It is a little bit late for reviewing.It’s worth the money If you don’t mind the rusty metal.The customer service is good while I found out the weight was not moving from FedEx.They are nice and willing to solve the issue.Overall, it’s good besides that rusty metal part.

These dumbbells are perfect for when I can not make it to the gym or just want to complete an at home workout instead. They are easy to adjust and seem to be made from good quality material. I also love how the dumbbells come with a bar so you can attach them together and have a barbell! I am also a huge fan of the grip on the dumbbells, as my hands tend to sweat a good amount during workouts. Overall A+ product and would recommend to my friends

Pro:Can adjust the weights and attach any combination to the barbell extensionCons:Adjustment takes a long time (~60s per side, nut not easy to spin, nutlock needs to be adjusted)Construction is just OK. It's plastic, not great plastic but not the cheap smelly stuff either. All the threads are plastic so you really have to lock it down or you'll break the thing easily. Like other reviews have said, these are going to be left at 1 weight for a long period of time, not the set you want if you want to adjust weights at ANY time during a <45m workout.

I had a gym membership so I always had dumbbells and barbells to use. This dumbbells came with everything needed for conversion. can be rearranged easily and in any combinations It’s nice how there’s rubber guards around each plate. So I got it from my mom for my 20th birthday, it will be a very good memory for me and I can keep use them for long time!

Great value! They're easy to assemble and easy to use. I had an issue with one of the pieces but the seller had great customer service and replaced it for me asap with no hassle.

This unit is not easy to assemble and have many parts to put together. I would look into other gym equipments.

Annoyingly tedious to switch weights on and off (it takes minutes per side, so don’t plan to switch weights around a lot during your workout) but they get the job done if you want to use them at one weight for most of your workout as I do. Also, the long handle on the dumbbells gets in the way of some exercises, but given how hard it is to find dumbbells these days, they’re good enough.
