Just wanted to add a quick note;I don’t wear my brace around the house, Dr said not too BUT, wherever I go, for a walk, in the car and definitely shopping, it’s on and boy does it feel good!!! If you got one, enjoy 😊When the(NOT mentionable) S&P dr order a brace that was to big for my back and it was going to be outrageous $$ for me AND my insurance, I order this one.I had tried a couple others very similar to this but the strings were like dental floss, but this one is made so good and fits beautifully, I ordered a spare😊

Fell down stairs L8 sLIPPED DISC and sciatica. Such a relief. I can do stuff that I couldn't do b4 this brace. I had to monkey around with it a bit at first to figure it out. There's a lot at first you can do wrong and it won't do much. Figure it out. I was hesitant to buy at first, the strings looked kind of cheesy in the pic's, but they are super strong. *For me, there's a point of tightness I have to achieve to get the most relief. Let me know if you need pic's.

Quality is great as is the value easy to use with a perfect fit. Extremely comfortable with ample support from the velcro.

Bought it for my husband when he injured his back. Purchased this one instead of the expensive one at the doctor's office. It is just as good and is comfortable to wear.

I think this would have been a great idea but I must have misread the sizes and it is way too small. I'm 77 years old and it also took me a while to get help figuring out the new way to ship returns and I missed the return date to be able to exchange for a brace that had a size large enough for me. So I can't use it and that was just money wasted again.
