The combination of both of these ingredients are supposedly synergistic and helps improve the absorption rate of the berberine.I noticed that the ingredient list is a bit confusing in that the berberine content shows 250mg, but is equivalent to 7500mg of the raw powder. The serving size is 2 capsules per day, which makes a bottle about a 1 month supply. Each capsule is a good size, has no discernable taste and goes down fairly easily. I have been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks now, and the berberine seems to work in line with other supplements I have taken in keeping down my blood sugar.Overall, I think this is a good quality supplement. It is manufactured in a GMP certified facility for quality control. The only thing I didn’t like is there seems to be a lot going on in the ingredient list, with each individual ingredient addressing different benefits, but I think it may be better to control these stacks myself by using supplements with fewer ingredients that target benefits I am interested in.

They are high potency and have additional helpful supplements such as turmeric and milk thistle. The serving size is two capsules per day, so at 120 capsules will last two months. Very fairly priced for a two month supply.

Something in this formulation made me break out in a bumpy, itchy rash all over my body, starting in my arms.I stopped taking it after two days and made an appointment with my doctor to deal with the rash. Giving it two stars instead of one, because your experience may be different.
