My advice: never buy an off-brand. Definitely not from this brand.I got this product as a second to my original wireless Xbox controller because I thought I could save some money instead of buying two original controllers at double.But when I tried it out, the setup was a nightmare; when I try to use it alongside my xbox controller to play a 2 player game (MK11), it makes both controllers to control one player.When it finally decides to split the players as it should, it keeps making a keyboard pop up on screen in the middle of the game. Almost like it has a mind of its own.I've tried everything, including using Steam to set it up, but nothing works. And then the left analog button only triggers up and down, but not left and right. The left and right triggers are completely dead. Everything else works though.Added to that, the LT button triggers left. And this is all by default. No amount of trying to reconfigure things worked, because the left analog doesn't even work properly.Finally, since I'm currently in Nigeria, returning this would cost me more than the cost of the controller itself and would take longer than the time I have left to return it. So now, I'm stuck with it.Terrible.

Once battery pack was installed, connected controller to console and immediately received an “Unauthorized Accessory” detected message. Contacted the seller and was instructed to install a patch onto the usb receiver. After several emails, patch installed, connected receiver to console, and the component wouldn’t power on at all. Emailed them again and received instructions to try the same thing again, if doesn’t work attach a video. Honestly waiting full 24 hours to get a response to the issue and after 2 days and a few emails, product was a waste. I’ll purchase an actual Xbox branded controller and no longer deal with the aftermarket’s that are disappointing, at least on my end.

It connected easily at first and was worth the price. My son loved how it worked but after it died the first time, and we charged it. Now it will not work unless you use a charger cord and plug it up to the Xbox.

This controller is my favorite color, and it cost a lot less than the Microsoft ones. It works fine on my Xbox One with the USB wireless adapter.

This item said all over its page that it was compatible for the xbox. However my son received it for his bday was so excited and it was not compatible. His xbox said he could use it for up to 2 weeks after that it would not be able to be used. So after a disappointing gift was sent back i bought him a regular xbox. The color is nice and is made well. Do not get if your trying to get for xbox s series or xbox x series.

The controller itself is nice, well built and vivid color. Unfortunately it doesn’t work on Xbox One as advertised. In the description it shows a way to make it work on computers but not Xbox’s. They really should either show how to make it work or be honest about its capabilities.

Microsoft has banned this product from use on Xbox and will no longer work. Unlicensed product. Worked great up until then.

I used the controller for probably less than 6 hours total and the left joystick stopped working on the left/right axes. I was on PC so I didn't have any problems connecting the controller but the joystick becoming unresponsive after very little use is unacceptable.
