It's incredible how awesome this stuff actually works! You do have to apply it multiple times throughout the workout at times since it wears off rather quickly. Lasts either 1 or 2 sets. But thoroughly impressed! A little goes a long way. A bout the size of a nickel does the job.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:great for pole dancing

It’s super easy to use. I like this brand better than other company. However, I feel like we still have to apply often compared to powder chalk.

Works as expected. Helps my sweaty grip during a lift. Also way less of a mess than chalk blocks.

I purchased this for our 8 year old daughter who has been practicing on her gymnastics set in our basement. She had been practicing her back hip circles and asked if we could get her some chalk to keep her from slipping off. I was hoping this would be less messy than traditional chalk. It really does the trick! The squeeze bottle makes it really easy for her to do on her own with no mess. Definitely recommend!

Been using it for a few days now weight lifting. Product sucks it takes to long to dry and when it does and I grab anything it starts to rub off and get like gummy and leaves a lot of flakes that are hard to pick up. On top of that expensive.

Love this stuff will buy again! We use it as a base layer before putting on the powder stuff.
