I recently purchased this wooden gymnastics rings set, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the quality and performance. The rings themselves are incredibly durable and made from smooth, high-quality wood with no splinters, providing a comfortable and secure grip during workouts. The adjustability of the straps is a big plus, making it easy to set up the rings at different heights for various exercises. However, I did find the straps to be a bit too long, which made adjusting them take longer than expected—a minor inconvenience but worth noting. Despite this, the set offers excellent value and is a solid choice for anyone looking to elevate their bodyweight training routine.

I purchased these rings for myself to begin training in bodyweight training since I heard about the benefits of Olympic rings from my friend and tried his out. Upon arrival, the packaging was pretty standard, it was packaged nicely and included a couple of extra attachments like doorway mounts, bag, and extra screws. The wood feels very strong and stable, although it did have a couple small splinters that wore off as I continued to use it. Since I have bigger hands, I went with the larger size. It fits comfortably in my hands, and the nice thing about wooden rings is they absorb sweat and debris from my hands, which causes the rings to be grippier. The straps are very durable and easy to use, with numbered sections and an easy mechanism to hook on each section. (Glad I don’t have to use a buckle like my friend). Good and easy strap for quick adjustments, wooden rings for durability. Not good for leaving outdoors (due to wood picking up too much moisture). Straps are a great selling point, compared to my friend who has to use a buckle and estimation to adjust the rings to be the same level. Great product, great exercise for all ages due to customizability in types of workouts. Somewhat cheap compared to a monthly gym membership and very durable as it can be used outside (as long as weather permits).

I’ve used these for a few months now and they’re perfect. Some reviews I read said the wooden rings had splinters or rough patches. The ones I received were very smooth. The straps are easy to adjust. I have mine on a pull up-tension style bar so I don’t have to adjust the bar to do dips and other exercises. The straps are VERY long, so I do have to roll them up and secure them with a Velcro ban which is included. It came with a bag to hold everything when not in use and the bag is actually big enough to hold everything in it. It also came with equipment to be used in the door jam. I have not used that yet since I have mine on a pull up bar, but it looks durable and well made. So far, it all seems like they’re made well and will last.

I would recommend these to anyone looking, the dual carabiner design is real quick to set up, the number system on the webbing is nice and clear and well-inked, and both make for quick, easy adjustments to on the fly during circuit workouts.I just have a couple minor tweaks with it, personally, that wouldn’t stop me from ordering a replacement set or a gift set for someone else:A - it would have been nice if the rings were sanded a little better, they flake a bit and there are gouges from the straps in the soft wood. I’m going to sand them myself and apply a little bit of oil to help with that but I can appreciate that it might have increased the cost, made them potentially allergenic to some folks and possibly made a mess if they came that way.B - GHB is the common abbreviation of something used as a date rape drug, so carrying a black bag around training bases with it in big block letters is kinda cringey.I have not used the included accessories (grip tape, foot loops or door adapter), but I appreciate having them and may at some point. The value for me is in the size of the rings (I fit XL men’s gloves and the thicker rings work well for me) and the convenience of the measured straps with the carabiners.I don’t use the set screws that came with the carabiners, and I haven’t had any issues…part of why I bought this set was the portability as I’m on training orders and moving a ton, so it’s nice to have these with me wherever I go. When I’m done and home and things are more long-term I may put the set screws in the top carabiners on a home gym setup but I like being able to change the height of the rings quickly for different exercises in a circuit, so I won’t use them on the bottom, and I’m glad this design doesn’t require them to function (or at least, I’ve taken the risk thus far with no issues and have been using them regularly for months).***CAUTION*** I will say that sometimes the gate can get stuck on the fabric in a slightly open position if you aren’t paying attention…anything you do with carabiners you need to be certain they’re closed because the weight an open biner can handle is a fraction of what it’s designed for closed. This is easy enough to avoid if you’re taking an extra second to watch what you’re doing and be sure the strap isn’t stuck in the gate jaw.Get these if you’d like an affordable set you can carry with you while traveling, or just want to make quick but secure adjustments to during circuit workouts.

I purchased these for my daughter (age 10). We had a similar set previously but with a recent move we were unable to pack them in our suitcases. I replaced them with this set and she was so happy to have them again. Very sturdy, we hang it on a sturdy tree branch. Easy to assemble and adjust height. The grip is good and I like using them to although I don’t do flips like she does. Use them more like a TRX. She swings with them too.

Great rings for the price, adjustment takes under a minute. Rogue charges about this much for just rings! Will personally be sanding and staining, but for the price these cannot be beat.

very good value. The quality is terrific. I have it about 2 year now. It holds still very steady.

Easy to adjust and easy to use!!Wood is smooth so no splinters. Easy to grip for exercise.
