I got this as a gift for my nephew for his graduation and he absolutely LOVED IT. The color is a beautiful deep green and it came in a nice tin box with a tag with info to look up info about which company made it and where the jade was from. It's a very thoughtfully done.It's such an elegantly simple necklace and has a lovely meaning as well. I love the color of New Zealand jade.

The string seems a bit thin and weak, it's been fine so far, but I have a similar one for a better price that I prefer because of a larger stone and better string adjustment.

I have been looking for a jade necklace with leather and this was perfect. I saw one in Hawaii but not the shape I wanted. The lady told me the only kind of Jade to by is from New Zealand. I found it here. I love it!
