Poor quality and customer service
I visited the store, only to find that the seller was not cooperating with my return request. The product was in poor condition, and it did not meet the quality standards described on the packaging. This experience was very frustrating and a waste of money. To make matters worse, they asked me to pay for the return. Also, read the return policy and terms, and they don’t describe us as customers responsible for shipping and handling.
