Pet Owners’ Lifesaver—Cleans Floors Like New
The BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro has completely changed how I clean my home. With two dogs, I’m constantly battling fur, muddy paw prints, and the occasional accident. This machine handles all of it—vacuuming and washing at the same time—leaving my floors looking freshly mopped in one pass.It works beautifully on both my tile and area rugs. The brush roll doesn’t just push dirt around; it actually pulls up hair and grime. I also love the separate clean and dirty water tanks—no more smearing dirty water back onto the floor. Emptying the tank is quick, and the hair strainer makes it easy to toss fur without clogging the drain. The suction is strong, yet it’s light enough to maneuver easily. Cleanup after use takes a few minutes, but it’s worth it for the results. If you have pets and want a deep clean without hauling out multiple machines, this is absolutely worth the investment.

Simple to use for quick cleanups and keeping floors fresh
I have LOVED this Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro Floor Cleaner! I have now ditched all of my other floor cleaning supplies. It works great on my ceramic bathroom floors, hard wood floors, and all of my area rugs. The cleanout feature with the tray is THE BEST and I would highly recommend buying the Freshstart Clean Out Cycle formula ( it only comes with a trial size) It works great at keeping the brush fresh and clean after use. I have never used a floor cleaner that is this simple to use. I am able to spot clean little messes in 5 minutes from start to finish. It has a great design also that stores effortlessly in my laundry room with very little space. It doesn't replace professional deep cleaning but certainly does the job of quick clean-ups. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Good but not great for carpet
My previous vacuum recently broke. I currently have a LOT of carpet and pets but I will be moving into another house in a few months that has mostly hard floors (wood and vinyl). So I wanted something that would work for both houses. I only just now learned about these dual vacuum/mopping machines. So I was excited to try it out because it is EXACTLY what I think that I need at this moment between the 2 different houses. And for the most part it seems to work fine. Just not everything that I hoped in the dry vacuuming department.Bissell rightly does not stress the dry carpet vacuuming aspect so hard, only area rugs. And I understand why now. You can vacuum carpet and it performs pretty well but with some caveats. There suction seems ok but my previous vacuum seemed like it may have picked up more deep down dust/dirt particles. Emptying the it was more of a dust nightmare. I don't get that feeling with this one which leads me to believe that it may not be getting up everything that my previous vacuum did. It does get up pet hair and some dirt fine though. The main problems are that it fills up extremely fast and has to be dumped a LOT and hair gets stuck under the filter immediately so it has to be popped out every time you dump it. And it is not great at sucking up close to the wall. With no crevice tool or other functionality to suck without going through the base it is hard to clean tight spaces like that. You will need another small hand vac or something if you need to do things like that. It also clogs with hair pretty easy if you are not constantly dumping it. I did buy the carpet/rug roller to see if it works better. It seems to but it's still a little harder to push on carpet than most other vacuums. It may have fluffed up the carpet and cleaned a little deeper with it though. For hard floors it works pretty great I think. It definitely help me get my grout looking better in my tiled kitchen. I did have to do a little elbow work on my own on the really dirty parts. It has to be cleaned after most uses but so should a mop. You do have to make sure that it is COMPLETELY dry before putting it back together though. If you don't there could be a smell from the filter the next time you use it. The filter takes the most time to dry unfortunately.Overall I like it. It just wasn't the mind blower that I was hoping for. It does the job but if you have lots of carpet you may be better off with another cheaper solution.

They're always plus and minuses with products like this. So I'll just try to list some for you. There are ways to do a better job of mopping. All those ways I found thus far take way more time and effort than this product. The crosswave is easy to clean after use The build quality is acceptable. Floors dry quickly And is terrific for just quickly cleaning your floors on a regular basis. It's ease of use. Makes me more prone to clean the floor instead of putting it off, which is what typically happens. No one likes dealing with mop buckets or having wet mops laying around. If needed, you could always pour more water onto the floor to rinse it off well if you have a particularly dirty floor. Obviously don't do this if your floor is wood unless you really know what you're doing. This is essentially a wet dry vac with a brush. As a result, it works great to quickly mop up spills and to spot clean. The filters and brushes seem to be holding up well and the replacements are reasonably priced. A lot of products. The brushes tend to wear out quickly and cost way too much to replace and that's how they get you. I don't seem to have that problem so far.If I had a complaint about this it would be that it struggles with cleaning edges. This is solved easy enough by having a sponge mop or or towel you can use on the floor to clean those areas better as needed. Something you would not need to do every time you mop unless you had a spill against the wall. It's the same challenge you have with vacuum cleaners. For me it's a great product because it means I clean my floors more. And products like this do a better job start regularly cleaning the floor so you're not having to spend as much time. Scrubbing. Also, when you have a spill you can just clean it up right away instead of wiping it up and then you need into mop after. This also saves a lot of time because you do not need to sweep before you mop. As long as there's no large debris, you're good to go. I would recommend this product.
