I am pleased with the phone so far. It's lightweight yet rugged with plenty of power / storage and features.The charger I received with it did not work. I contacted customer support and they sent me replacement as well as a wireless charger for my inconvenience. I am quite pleased with the whole experience!

I ordered the phone and immediately took it for a test. For reference, I live in Washington and I go on high adventure trips. This phone is water resistant, durable, and the satellite plan worked (It's spotty, but most are when you're in canyons). I highly recommend this phone and if you get the case - it comes with a carabiner clip that can hook onto a backpack. The satellite plan has a yearly plan that is $60 - definitely competitive with InReach. The only downside is the battery is a little small, but I always carry a power brick on multiday trips anyway.

The camera is mediocre in terms of proto (can be okay) but the quality of the video is the worst thing i have ever see in a $500 smartphone, the battery ok 6000mah is useless charges quickly but dosnt last 4 hours of useIf you want a rugged Phone there are more options like kinkong star 2 of cubo that have better specs and the same photo/video quality for less

awesome camera, loud speaker, has taken a few drops already and seems to hold up. wish I could find a case that is just as well built and hot pink. it will take getting used to. seems a little expensive but nowhere near an I Phone.

Background: Switched from a Samsung Galaxy XCover ProPros:- charges in about 5 minutes max- long battery life for normal use (haven't charged my phone one since 5 pm last night and doing this review at 2:30 with 80% charge)- the pictures are amazing!- information transfer was pretty easyCons- potential learning curve of Google based phone (switched from Samsung)- Google messages isn't as customizable as Samsung messagesI really like the build of this phone and I am able to watch YouTube videos and use my phone heavily without worrying about the battery life.

I expected more from itNo usbc with display port alt mode. It would have been niceModified version of android 13 so it doesn't have all the features and I don't understand why this company thought it would be a good idea to have duplicate android apps but not allow you to disable or uninstall them. Clock and calculator are examples. They perform the same functions with no difference so it doesn't make sense to have them.Battery is okay but should have been larger, maybe at least 10,000 mah.

Had some issues with my carrier and the compatibility of the phone SIM card when it came to my voicemail notifications--even though both the carrier and Ulefone initially stated they were compatible with each other.Ended up contacting both entities several times until the issue was resolved, and Ulefone (and Amazon for that matter) were both super in their follow-up to make sure everything was right and that I was happy. Ulefone via direct email and Amazon via phone. Very impressed by this level of CS and support!Thank you very much. Special thanks to Daniel at Ulefone and Zahraa at Amazon!I did not want to give up this phone because I absolutely love it, and now I don't have to.Highly recommend this phone and the customer service that comes with it.The features are amazing and although I have not tested out the durability yet, I look forward to my phone easily surviving what my other phones could not!It's also a great looking phone that I enjoy using.The charging is something I have never experienced before. It's literally done charging in 20 minutes or less!Do yourself a favor and take a chance on this one! You'll be glad you did. I certainly am. 🙂👍
