Plastic is nice and sturdy, the felt compartments are a nice size for most stones. The drawers pull out nicely and are thick enough that if they are dropped they dont fell like they will break. All in all, I really think this organizer is a great setup!

I use this for my jewelry that I wear frequently. The box has nicely lined velvet (3) drawers with partitions. Lightweight and can be taken with you as you travel. This box can be used for many different ideas and crafts. Sturdy and crafted well. Good purchase.
