This is a true zester
High quality steel grater. This was a bit different than our cheese one, more square shaped and thinner slits, but this is way better for lemon/orange zests, or nutmegs. so if you are looking for a solid, sharp (careful!), durable, high performer zester, this could easily be it. A bit too big maybe, but not hard to use given its size! Recommend.
