Inventor Natura Air Purifier with True HEPA & Active-Carbon Ioniser Filters, Keeps healthy air diminishing unpleasant odors or smoke.

The dust in my bedroom was getting a bit crazy. I would dust something and it would be covered in dust again the next day.I started looking for Air Purifiers on amazon and there were loads to choose from.I had three main requirements,1. It had to have a Cleanable/Washable filter as I didn't want to keep spending money on new filters.2. It had to remember it’s settings when it was turned off at the mains so that I could turn it on/off using the mains switch or a smart plug. I didn’t want to have to manually turn it on every time using the controls on the unit.3. It needed to be quiet as it was for a bedroom.After loads of research I finally came across this unit which offered all the things I was looking for.I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in the air quality. There’s no where near as much dust as before and the room smells fresher.This was really evident the other day when I had a take out that normally stinks out the room, with this running I noticed the smell of the takeout dissipated a lot quicker than it had in the past.I normally only run it for the evening when I get home from work as I always turn the plugs off when i’m not home. When I get home, I turn the socket on for my devices and the air purifier comes on automatically with the same settings which means I never need to touch it.As this was for a bedroom I was a bit concerned about the noise but am happy to report this is barely audible on the lowest setting.Out of curiosity I actually took some noise level readings on my phone. The results are below and all readings were taken from approx 5ft away.Off: 31 decibels (ambient room noise)Low Speed: 32 decibelsMedium Speed: 37 decibelsHigh Speed: 43 decibelsTurbo Speed: 50 decibelsAs you can see the low speed setting barely made any difference and is great to use overnight due to the minimal noise output.I’m really happy with this unit and like the fact there’s an indicator which will tell me when the filter needs cleaning.Price wise, it was also well priced when compared with similar purifiers but this was one of the only one’s that met my requirements.

The best air purifier I have bought for the priceBad:Doesn't have auto mode like some of its similar competitors or pm2.5 detector.Need to vacuum or brush the mesh protector on the filter every few days if you live in a dusty environment to let the machine work efficiently. You will be amazed at how much dust it collects.It does it job the best out of the 4 air purifiers I have. It may lack some of the functions of the others but for the price you will not in my opinion get better.I sleep and breath more easily than ever before

This unit is the same as a couple of others listed here on Amazon (and the one sold by Argos) but it is much better value at this price of under sixty quid. It lacks the sophistication of an "auto" mode that adjusts the fan speed in accordance with the level of air pollution but I find that it doesn't matter to me. I leave it running 24/7 on low speed (or sleep mode) and it does not disturb me at all during the night.I suspect that it may be difficult or expensive to replace the filter cartridge but a true HEPA filter should last over two years (and perhaps longer) if it is well cared for.Although the cartridge contains an activated carbon layer, this part of the filter is usually exhausted after about 3 months so I have taped an extra layer of this activated carbon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0716G2WHW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to the outside of the filter cartridge to act as a pre-filter and I shall replace this layer every 3 months.Additionally, the filter cartridge should be vacuumed with the brush attachment every couple of weeks depending upon how dusty is the atmosphere it's working in.Overall, it's a very good machine and I'm well pleased with the purchase.

Cant get a replacement filter which is needed as if you a heavy smoker you will need to replace

Most important feature is that it remembers it’s settings when is turned off/on.It could turn it on/off using the mains switch or a smart plug. If your smart plug has a schedule set is turning on and off according to the schedule and is also keeping the previous speed setting that was set when turned off.Is is quiet on low and has a power consume of 12 watts on low with max 55 watts on turbo.I had other air purifiers but this model seems perfect to what I wanted from one.The price is best in class and they confirmed the filter can be replaced if needed.Fell free to ask if you have any question. Since many products on here have fake reviews is hard to know if a device does what you need to do.

Have had it running now for 2 wks in bedroom and has made improvements with our sleep , seems a nice bit of kit ,low noise in sleep mode ,longevity , i can not say as only had for 2wks, we are pleased with this item.Inventor Natura Air Purifier with True HEPA & Active-Carbon Ioniser Filters,
