My Dr. said I should be getting omega-3s and suggested I take fish oil supplements. Yuck! I’m a vegetarian, so I looked into vegan sources of omega-3. That led me to Amazon and Sports Research’s plant-based flaxseed oil. After reading all the info on the page, I was delighted. It had everything I was looking for and more. Vegan CERTIFIED (other companies make the claim, but then you discover beeswax or lanolin in their product), non-GMO certified, GMP certified and 3rd party tested, and free of carrageenan, gluten, soy and fillers. Perfect! So I’m getting my omega-3 fatty acids, along with omegas 6 and 9 in a vegan poll that doesn’t smell and taste fishy. I’ve been experiencing hormone-related hair fallout for a few months, and I feel like it has slowed down since I started taking the flaxseed oil. I’m very happy with this product and I’m also really pleased with the company for the kinds of quality products they provide to those of us who desire healthy supplements without compromising our lifestyle choices.

Great product and great brand privately owned

I have chronic dry eye, so my Dr said I should be using fish oil supplements. I'm a vegetarian so chose this flaxseed oil product to use, but like vegans, I also don't consume gelatin. This product is a plant based capsule, so takes care of that issue. I have bought this brand for years, and been happy with it. A few years ago, sometimes the capsules came partially stuck together, but I haven't had that occur in a while now. Sometimes there is a very slight aftertaste, but nothing major.

I love that I can get a large bottle of plant based omega 3's for a decent price, via online orders. It is a product that is important for a myriad of health benefits and also is in alignment with my vegan lifestyle. This bottle will last me a while because I feel as though I really only need to take one gel capsule a day, as opposed to the potential maximum of 3 daily, that an individual may feel as though they need. The only issue I may have is that when they arrived in the mail they seemed a little stuck together, most likely just do to the fluctuations of temperatures this time of year in the pacific northwest, where I reside. They stay a bit stuck together at room temperature as well, but not enough that it has given me issue regarding retrieval. I would think that with gel capsules, a little adhesion is naturally to be expected, and it probably couldn't be helped much anyway. Thanks for the wonderful product! I just started taking this product and will do a review again later. I love that there is an alternative to fish oil because I cannot tolerate it due to IBS issues. So far this hasn’t caused my stomach any distress. I love that it has omega 3, 6 & 9. I also love that it is non GMO certified, certified vegan, gluten free and GMP certified. Quality ingredients is what I was looking for and over 300mg. Most oils you see start at 300mg. Right now I’m taking 2 a day instead of 3 because the bottle only has 180 softgels and there’s two of us taking this.Update: I have been using this a couple of weeks and have seen a big change in my eyes. Pun intended. I had a severe case of dry eye and my doc wanted me to use fish oil. I cannot tolerate fish oils so I tried this instead and I have noticed a huge difference. I take one capsule only. I was taking it 2-3 times a day and it was causing stomach upset and bleeding so I went down to one pill and everything is right as rain.Update:Was told to take fish oils for my dry eye and vision but I could not tolerate some brands I’ve tried. Tried your flaxseed oil and I can only take it once a day as it was causing some intestinal problems and some bleeding taking it two to theee times a day. So far so good with one pill and my eyes are not as irritated and dry as they were. I will keep taking them one pill for eye relief.

I added this along with a ginger and turmeric gummy to my vitamin regimen. Not sure if this one or the other or the combo is why helped. I had rotater cuff pain, tennis elbow and wrist pain for years. Started with new regimen and after about six months had NO pain. I did other conservative treatment as well prior to starting these.
