Perfect fit for our Honda Accord 2007 EX
I ordered the Gipama Starter for our Honda Accord EX 2007 and confirmed it is the perfect fit/replacement by our mechanic. Once in awhile we have a starter problem and thought this was a great price for a starter just in case ours does finally go. The price is one that can't be passed up, especially when mechanics upcharge if you use theirs for installation. We have a mechanic that is willing to install our new Gipama starter if and when the time comes. He also confirmed the quality is very good. From the casing to the pinion, all looks good.Shipped fast. Packaged very well. Arrived in excellent condition due to foam protection.Would recommend, especially at this price.

Beware
I disliked the fact that this part is not a replacement for my 2007 Accord 2.4 as advertised. I tried to write Amazon about the problem when I returned it but they limited me to 200 characters (not words). Installing this part is very difficult, particularly the first time you do it. I installed it after a lot of work and while installing the two electrical connectors I found that the smaller cable (going to the solenoid) does not fit the Honda original connector. The original motor has a recessed narrow spade as the male portion of the connection. Amazon's replacement has a wide and long spade protruding from the plastic housing. It is not only too wide for the existing female receptacle but because of that misfit in length the two plastic connectors will not snap together. I returned it and ordered another motor but since I could not find a way to send my VIN nor to describe this problem, I have no assurance that the next motor will fit my car. This is a difficult job. It is not one you want to repeat unnecessarily.I wish Amazon would listen and provide a way to keep this from happening. For anyone replacing his starter on a 2007 Accord I suggest that while you're at it, replace the knock sensor. It's right beside the starter and if you remove it emplacing the starter becomes about 30 pct. easier. And since at this point it's relatively easy to replace the sensor, do it now. It's just as hard to replace it as the starter.I should add that this is unusual for Amazon. But in this case it's particularly painful because of the difficulty of the installation.Stay tuned. If the next motor doesn't fit, there'll be another "written review."

Works well, affordably priced
This starter has worked well for the past year which is awesome because they are a nightmare to change out on a Honda Element. No issues at all after a year of daily use.
