Sharp and adjustable
The Bioneedle Derma Stamp arrived well packaged and as described. The stamp I received looks just like the photos advertised.I got this as I read online micro needling is great for building collagen and helpful with fine lines and wrinkles so I thought I’d give this one a go. I like that it’s a stamp and not a roller which can causes significantly more skin tearing. This stamp is great as you can use it on the whole face, there’s instructions online of what depth you should use on different parts of the face as the undereye area for instance is significantly thinner than say the cheeks of forehead. It’s worth doing your research before using a device like this as you can really do a lot of damage if you’re not careful. This stamp goes from 0.1mm to 2mm which means it can be used on the face, hair and body. The Titanium needles are very sharp and create little micro-channels in the skin with ease. There are so many benefits to microneedling, too much to list on here but as mentioned before it’s worth doing your own research. If you do decide to delve into the world of microneedling then you won’t get a better needling pen than this in my opinion. The quality is unmatched and it’s very easy to use and adjust the depth. I’m very happy with this item!

Steel or Titanium?
This product comes presented in an attractive box and is sealed in a plastic case, which comes across as being quite hygienic. The device can be adjusted from 0 mm all the way up to 2 mm; it has markers for every quarter of a mil but can be set in between them too (it doesn't snap from one to the other but increases gradually as you turn it). The base is slightly convex and is suited towards rolling it slightly on the skin, not just stamping it down directly. Also, they recommend it be sterilized in 75% alcohol before use. However, in the promo images, it's stated that it's made from steel, but in the title, it says it is titanium. It would be nice to know exactly what it was made from, as this has me slightly worried; does this imply that it is a composite, as in titanium-plated steel? If so, that would be very dangerous as the titanium plating would wear and could break off under your skin, so I certainly hope that this is not the case. The manufacturer needs to be more clear on this matter...

God quality, easy to use
I bought this for my wife who is a longtime microneedler. Usually, her routine is every other day for the face and twice a week for the scalp. She has to use two different needle lengths for the face and scalp, and it's so nice to have a tool with adjustable needles.BioNeedle Derma Stamp effectively fulfils its intended purpose by opening pores and enhancing the penetration of products into problem areas. If used on the scalp it stimulates hair growth, it has proven to be effective without causing any discomfort due to its shallow penetration. The stamp is conveniently sized and easy to handle, alleviating any apprehension associated with using a needle-based tool. Notably, it offers precise control and a comfortable grip, while the sealed packaging ensures an added level of cleanliness. Great product plus it is easy to use with minimal discomfort. Didn’t have to use a numbing cream if you use the smaller needles of 0.5mm or low for the face. Little to no downtime, redness goes away almost immediately. Skin is definitely tighter, pore minimized and greatly improved overall skin texture. It goes from the tiniest of baby needles up to 2.0 mm depth. That is a very good range of depths and just about anyone who microneedles will use a depth within that range. She feels the stamp is superior to a roller. It's easier to use, in her opinion. With a roller, it's kind of hard to get it in certain areas, like under the eyes for example. But, with a stamp, you can position it precisely, roll the depth selection dial, and get really precise microneedling. So much easier! It is also very easy to clean. After use, I recommend filling a shallow small bowl with 91% alcohol, dipping the extended needles in the bowl, and swishing around. You can then retract the needles and use a swab to clean the now-flat stamp head as well.If you're new to microneedling, I highly recommend doing your research about needle depths. If you go too deep to start, you can really do more damage than good. Most people shouldn't really be using 2.0 needle depth very often at all. My wife personally use .50 on her face and 1.0 on her scalp. If you have an aesthetic specialist, ask them for customized recommendations. Microneedling is so worth it.Overall, this applicator boasts both performance and design advantages, making it a suitable and cost-effective option for novice users seeking a home-based solution.

Affordable, works brilliantly, would recommend.
Unlike a derma pen which is electronic, the stamp is a manual tool, which can be used easily at home.It works well and my husband likes to use it for hair loss and gaps in his beard. He uses a setting of 1.5.The needles are adjustable and so their length can be increased and decreased so if you decide to change the length you don’t need to buy a new device. This also means you can treat different areas with the same device. It perforates the skin vertically which he prefers as with the roller it goes in diagonally which can potentially cause it to damage hair shafts.I use it on my face last thing at night as it leaves my skin a little red.I use it probably once or twice a week.I go over any scarring and around fine lines or troublesome areas and then I apply my nighttime creams and serums. I use a setting of 1.0.It’s very fast to use and takes me literally 5 minutes. It feels like a light scratch and I don’t find it too painful.I’d recommend beginners start with a low needle length and gradually increase it.I’m delighted with it. It’s fast and very easy to use and incorporate into your skin care routine. It’s fairly priced, simple to keep clean and I’d recommend giving it a try.I hope you find my review helpful.
