Honestly,I can't prove how much this may have had to do with it,but I did have great gains in the gym while using this.

i used to use gnc amp 60 but sadly it was discontinued witch is sad but i was referred to this by a gnc sales person as a suitable substitute so i figured id give it a try and yes the taste is a little difficult at first but nothing that cant be ignored and yes you will get muscle gains and strength and power and performance gains not recommended for tested atleats such as mma,boxers or the such because of a few of the ingredients but if your working out for gains its perfect

Very solid protein. Been using this consistently (it was recently renamed but has been around for a while) for a long time. With a 6 day routine and clean protein intake I have noticed huge gains in strength and muscle mass. This protein seems great for busting plateau’s

It really improves performance. I workout 3 to 5 times/week. A little tip for the users is to take everyday and after workouts.

Please read and consider before purchasing. I was pretty pumped about getting this in the mail . I opened it up and the first thing I noticed was that the smell is very strong and not good . The taste is that of what I’d expect to find in the nutrition section of a dollar general ... in a third world country . Absolutely horrible and will never be purchasing anything with the gnc name on it .

I don't doubt that this product works for building muscle, and possibly for increasing testosterone, but I have not changed anything else significant in my diet and I have been dealing with an upset stomach constantly, and I think it's the testofen. I've read up on the side effects of the testofen and upset stomach is one of them. Given the fact that I researched these side effects before I purchased it, I won't give this product lower than 3 stars However, I don't think the product is worth $65 given the unproven results of the testofen and the viable alternatives, I will not be purchasing it again.

while this product is thick and may not be best tasting in world it works! So deal with it
