More like 3 1/2 stars. The order came super fast and it was extremely well packaged, but I was disappointed because while the wood strips were technically as described (12" in length), it looked like someone had taken full-length strips and broke them into smaller pieces. Not cut - broke. Most of them came out decent, but invariably there are a handful of strips that are smaller than 12" which I can only assume were leftover bits. It'll serve for the projects I need to do, but the photograph is misleading. My photograph is how they actually look upon arrival. Since these wood strips obviously came from longer original sources, I wish the bigger pieces were available so I could cut the strips to the lengths I want.

These were perfect for the model I wanted to construct. I would have given it 5 stars but it didn't arrive until 2 days after the stated delivery delivery date despite the tracking information showing otherwise.

found it very difficult to stick together have to use the correct glue to achieve being able to stick together

I used this balsa wood for shaping the hull before installing stripwood and it performed excellently. Easyto shape, cut and sand.

Good quality and great value. Arrived quickly and will buy again.

Used for making trusses for model railway sheds

Was not sure what to expect. Sometimes balsa can be of a very poor quality; little more than fibrous pith. This product was high quality balsa. Dimensions were as described with very little variation across the 45 items in the pack. Will definitely buy more from this seller.
