This is my second jar of sea moss and I have to say I love the strawberry flavor the best. I can feel the difference in my energy and in my skin. I used to take a nap every day, but now I don't. Some days I'm looking for something to do because my energy level has increased. It's a little pricey, but worth it. Oh and I don't ache as much either when I get up. It's work the try. But be consistent.

Like it so far I can tell a difference in my digestion, breathing, and energy. I consume two tablespoons per day this being fourth day and drink a full glass of water behind it. I just tried the product. It doesn't taste delicious, but it doesn't taste bad either. To my surprise, it was quite good and in fact it kept me full for a while. Normally I ate every 3 hours, but after taking sea moss gel, I wasn't hungry until 3-4 hours between meals and I didn't eat much without feeling full either. I didn't buy the product for the taste, I bought it for its health/nutrient benefits! The flavor is 100% tolerable, I have the apple and there is a pleasant subtle apple flavor. The texture/thickenss doesn't bother me, it's exactly how I expected the "marine moss gel" to be.At first, I was afraid to try it because I saw videos of influencers who said it was disgusting. But I decided to try it anyway due to the great benefit of marine moss gel.I will definitely consume a full spoon every day, great value for the price too
