Works well
The assembly is easy to do, however 2 callouts:1. Check the connectors, a few of mine were leaking so I would eventually drain all the water out I was trying to store, should have check this myself, changed a few of the seals out.2. The rain collection hole at the top is kind of small, so you really need to use a down spot or water channel system to fill this up.

Best rain barrels for the buck
For 65 dollars, you can get at least 2 of these for the average price of one the hard sided barrels, that and they work great! No leaks and it's extremely easy to maintain. I really like that I can now open the top of my rain barrel, and the fill gauge on the side is a huge plus as well. Couldn't be happier!

A bit hard to assemble
I need a water barrel next to our garden because there aren't any water spigots on that side of our house. A easy solution is a rain catch system and barrels for that side of the house. I had been using 40 gallon trash cans to catch the water but I really wanted a proper rain barrels. A portable rain barrel sounded even better so I can pack it up for the winter time. The whole system comes with a generous amount of parts and spigots. It's reminiscent of those portable ice tubs or mini hot tubs. Six leg posts with feet, two drain spigot assemblies, an overflow drain, and extra top filter, a couple of patches, ring rods, and a set of instructions are all in the box. For the most part the instructions are fairly straight forward. The inner shape ring placement isn't very clear. I placed mine at the bottom but mid-way up is probably best.I wish I could say putting all of it together was an easy task but is was not. There are a couple of 'quality control' issues that made assembly harder than necessary. First it that the feet are too small to just insert the post. I literally needed to use a rubber mallet to hammer the parts together which crack one of the feet. Then inserting the posts into their pockets is also a bit too tight on the first assembly. I'm sure those post pockets will stretch open with time and be easier then.It looked a bit like a deflated balloon once together but that's where placing the shape ring higher in the barrel works out better. A second ring would've solved any shaping issues. Once filled up with water the barrel shapes up nicely. All of the seals worked well without any water leaks. The included smaller screen will be better than the default screen to keep out mosquitos and small bugs. The ability to break down the barrel during winter will be great to prevent freeze damage.Overall this is a very nice water storage barrel with some real portability advantages. A bit more quality control with an extra shape ring will really make this an top notch product. However, in it's current setup it's mostly great. 4 stars.

Great product
Easy to assemble. Works as advertised. Must be on level foundation. Great for my house plants.

Trying to be hopeful
Edit: it leaks from somewhere underneath now that it's full. Bummer. So disappointed. The creases from storage are deep. I'm hoping they don't become leaks. The feet would not fit on most of the support legs. I had to use a knife to remove extra plastic from the insides of them. Still, very hard to press the support in. Manufacturing error it seems. The mesh on top that's built in is too large and will allow mosquitos in. There is a smaller mesh piece enclosed, but no glue. Would be great if that was a pocket to switch them out of the top.The outlets need an adapter to screw a garden hose on. It comes with one male and one female adaptor, which was helpful. This could have used another set of the fiberglass rods that are used to keep it round on top. It would have been good to have them on the bottom, too.I'm trying to remain hopeful. The item is made of what feels like swimming pool liner. They send a patch, but again, no glue. A simple tube of super glue would have been a good addition.Giving 3 stars to start with. We'll see how it goes.

Works well on the farm
The 100 gallon rain barrel is perfect for farm use specifically - close to the barn. It assembled easy, but the legs require a little force to go into the leg supports. I used a little too much on the first one but still functions fine. There is a hoop that fits inside to maintain shape and it wasn't clear where exactly it needed to go inside so I placed it close to the top but not too far up. It filled to the top the first night and the over flow worked perfectly! The spigots are functional but seem a bit fragile if used aggressively. It would be great to have several of these, you can hook the overflow into the next barrel for additional storage. Long term, I'd put them in a shelter and keep adding as needed.

Doesn't leak
Valves are good and seals do not leak.

Ok if it Will Hold Water
My thoughts on the collapsible rain barrel are kind of all over the place. It's a great idea to save rainwater. The bottom spout works well if it will seal. The seals are suspect, and the overall construction is just cheap to me. This thing is very difficult to put together. It doesn't want to stand on it's own, falls over, hole in top is too small, and the poles are very cumbersome to run through the body. It's just a flimsy cheaply made plastic tote and I'm not completely in love with it. The material is sturdy feeling but a few months in the sunshine and I think this will crumble.
