Per description 'They also provide privacy. It provides soft light while hiding the view of the outdoors' There is no privacy. on a patio they would be great, but we were using in our cabin. We love the color, but gaps in bamboo to where you can see though it very clearly. On a cloudy day you can see out onto the covered porch, then dock and water as you can see from my picture. From outside looking in with lights on....no privacy to where I need to figure out what we are going to do. I was not expecting complete privacy, but at least some. Now I have to buy another set of blinds or put up something else to give friends some privacy as we had planned on using as a guest room when company came over. I didn't want curtains as again this is a cabin by the water so wanted the look of a blind. We also making into a game room and I don't care if boats can see in, but if someone staying in there...well you can see inside very clearly with lights on.

I wish I could give negative stars. These are the WORST "window coverings" I've ever seen in my life. The "custom" order is NOT CUSTOM. Not 1 single blind out of 11 purchased was correct. These are flimsy. Not much better than a few sticks with string. Do NOT waste your money. Amazon should be embarrassed for offering such a terrible product.

The quality of the blinds are pretty good. It did take about 6 weeks to get them but I did have a larger order. They accidentally missed three blinds in the original order but as soon as I contacted them it was corrected immediately. I like them so much I’m getting ready to buy more for another area.

I received the box for like 5 sets of blinds. I was for sure they weren't all there. They were!!! They packaged them nice and tight! Easy to install, they work beautifully and they let some light in but give lots of shade its perfect for what I wanted in my screen room. I wanted shade but I didn't want the sun blocked out totally like blinds. They are very well made! Highly recommended

Bamboo blinds are great! I'm using them for a privacy screen around the hot tub. You can see through them at night when lit from the inside (not so private). Shipping seemed a bit slow, but that is probably to be expected for a custom sized product. Thanks!
