Effective as expected...
I purchased these for a friend while they were on sale. This woman is mentally sharp and still working in a highly demanding, high profile job, that involves a lot of technical minutia, at age 72. She says she can feel a difference when she doesn't take them.

So far, so good.
Haven't had bloodwork yet to test its efficacy, but the pills are easy to swallow. I've had no ill-effects thus far. Only time will tell.

Expiration date?
I don’t see anywhere on bottle or cap an expiration date. Called Nutra harmony….you leave a message or tell them to text or email you. Waiting on response. I don’t like taking any pills without knowing expiration date.
