Great For Improving Balance and Strengthening Knees
This thing is solid, looks and works just like the one in my physical therapist's office. I got this to be able to continue and work on my balance and knees at home. It helps me to do all the exercises I've learned on my own. My kids love jumping and bouncing on it. It's so sturdy, doesn't seem to matter what they do. It's definitely worth the price. I like the all-black look compared to the silver and blue.

Broken Pump
The ball is high quality. I’d buy again! INFLATING it wasn’t fun. The enclosed pump had a small crack making it impossible to inflate beyond 50%. Was able to use a standing bicycle pump; so much easier than the flimsy pump. I was going to ask for a new pump but I’ll use the bicycle pump instead.

Love it!!!
I was in physical therapy for a few months. My therapist recommended that I use the Bosu balance trainer to help regain my balance and help with my knees. I have wanted my own for a while and very happy it was offered in Amazon Prime deals.
